Correct Toes SPORT®

$35.00

Correct Toes Sport was built for athletes and active individuals who want to restore natural foot function without slowing down. Designed to pair seamlessly with the anatomically shaped footwear from Natur Athletics, Correct Toes Sport helps return the toes to their God-given alignment—supporting stronger movement, better balance, and a more stable foundation from the ground up.

Made from durable, responsive medical-grade silicone with rounded edges for athletic use, Correct Toes Sport is designed for movement, training, and recovery. Whether you're running, lifting, sprinting, walking, or cooling down after competition, these toe spacers encourage natural toe splay, improved weight distribution, and healthier movement mechanics. By restoring the foot’s natural structure, athletes can reduce unnecessary stress on the body and build stronger, more resilient movement patterns over time.

Correct Toes Sport works especially well inside naturally shaped wide toe box athletic shoes and can also be used barefoot during mobility work, foot strengthening, and recovery sessions. They pair perfectly with toe socks and are ideal for athletes in football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, fitness training, and everyday movement.

At Natur Athletics, we believe the foot was intelligently designed for strength, stability, and motion—not confinement. Correct Toes Sport is one more tool to help restore that original design.

Correct Toes Sizing Guide

US Sizes:

Small -- W 7-9  /  M 5-7
Medium -- W 9-13  /  M 7-11
Large -- W 14+  /  M 12+

Correct Toes is the only toe spacer brand in the market that offers different sizes with a wide range:

  • Small for kids and small-sized adults
  • Medium for most adults
  • Large for adults of larger sizes.

These toe separators are customizable based on your foot’s unique shape.
Many people might assume that their Correct Toes size should be solely based on their shoe size.. This is wrong. The perfect toe spacer size is determined by the width of your foot and toes. But you can have your shoe size as the basis for estimating your toe spacer size.

Here’s How You Can Choose Your Correct Toes Size

If you’re in between sizes or still not sure which size Correct Toes you need, we can help you figure out your size with this easy-to-use, printable Correct Toes sizing template and follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Download and Print the Correct Toes Template

Print the sizing template and use it to check your toe’s width.
Before printing, please note that this document is 8.5 inches x 11 inches. Be sure to print “actual size”. Do not print with “fit to page” or “scale” options selected.

Step 2: Cut Out the Template and Test it on your toe2

Using the sizing pattern, position point Ⓐ at the webbing between your big toe and 2nd toe of your right foot.

Keep point Ⓐ in place, while you check the alignment of point Ⓑ with the webbing between your 4th toe and pinky toe. Here’s how you can determine the proper fitting of your Correct Toes toe spacers:

Step 3: Ensure that you’re comfortable with the fitting

To confirm if you already scored the proper fitting, spread your big toe and pinky toe outward, aligned to the toe spacer pattern, as if the spacer is actually between your toes. How does the stretch feel?

Correct Toes flex, and won’t spread toes quite as far as you pull them in this step. If the stretch hurts, try a smaller size or consider modification.
Check the width and girth, do your middle 3 toes fit between the spacer indicators?

✅Correct Toes should not squeeze tightly, or strangulate toes.
✅Flip the cutout over to check your left foot, if desired.

Spacer Size

Rebuild Strength. Reverse the Damage.

Unlike other brands in the market, Correct Toes toe spacers are designed with your active lifestyle in mind. They can be worn over toe socks, inside of regular socks, and in conjunction with natural footwear. Wearing toe spacers during physical activity can improve foot function, enhance posture, and reduce the risk of injury by ensuring your toes are properly aligned and supported.

How to Wear:

  • Put Correct Toes on so they are between the big toe and the pink toe (big toe and the pinky toe should not have a band around the outside of them).
  • Make sure to not push Correct Toes in so far that they are touching the webbed skin between the toes as this can cause discomfort over time, especially when exercising. They should be placed in the middle or closer to the tips of the toes if possible and comfortable. It is common for some people to feel like they might fall off at first.
  • We recommend toe socks. We also recommend buying most traditional socks a size larger than the package recommends. Socks are often a cause of toe deformation and most expensive or stretchy socks are far too small. Place an unworn sock next to your foot---a properly fitting sock should be within 1” of your foot length for bigger feet and within about ½” for smaller feet.

Usage

  • Most importantly, wear Correct Toes until they start to get somewhat uncomfortable or irritating, but not painful---then take them out for at least as long as they were in. Note that the discomfort means they’re working! The goal is to be able to wear them a little longer each day, slowly working up the
amount of time or mileage you wear them for, until you can wear them all day.
  • Correct Toes will be most effective while ACTIVE, so the muscles can eventually pull the bones back in to place. Sleeping in them is generally not effective, aside from some benefit when increased blood flow or circulation is needed---such as Plantar Fascia, diabetic, or cold feet issues.

Great for Many Shoes

Correct Toes work similar in principle to braces for teeth. While benefits will be felt wearing them for even small amounts of time, If you are attempting to restore feet and toes to their natural position/alignment, they should be worn as close to all day, every day for a period of 1-3 years. For most people this will necessitate a change in their footwear to foot-shaped (not shoe-shaped) shoes when closed toed shoes are being worn. Wear them with foot shaped shoes from Natur Athletics. Why do they work?

Correct Toes help splay the toes in the way that nature intended. Why is this important? We spend a lifetime in footwear, including most athletic footwear, that is too narrow at the ends of the toes. As a result, the shod adult foot shape differs from the unshod adult foot shape (and from the foot shape of infants, who are born with perfect feet).

Correct Toes work in a similar way to how braces work for teeth. Correct Toes place the toes into optimal alignment and slowly and progressively change the architecture of the foot. The muscles of the foot adapt and strengthen accordingly. Toe alignment and foot strength has numerous positive effects on biomechanics, gait and injury prevention.
