30 Day US Returns
At Natur Athletics, we believe in fair play both on and off the field. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to challenge a call on the field, no problem - just send us your shoes within 30 days of purchase in like-new condition, without any wear or damage. Our referee video review team will inspect the shoes, and if they pass the test, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that this policy only applies to shoes purchased directly from Natur Athletics at www.naturathletics.us. Customers will be charged for return shipping fees.

All International sales are final. No international sales are eligible for return.
6 Month Warranty
Hey there! We're so excited that you've chosen Natur Athletics for your athletic footwear needs. We stand behind our products and want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you suspect that you've received a defective item, don't sweat it - just shoot us an email through the contact page with your name and order number. We'll get back to you within a week to let you know if your warranty applies.
Our warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery, and covers manufacturing defects - think things like stitching that's come undone, or materials that have come apart. However, please note that we can't cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, fading, damage from exposure to extreme heat or water, cleaning by washer or dryer, or personal alteration or repair.
If your warranty claim is approved, we'll send you a replacement for the original product you purchased (same size and color) within the 6-month warranty window. We're here to help you get the most out of your Natur Athletics gear, and we appreciate your trust in our products.
