If you need to challenge a call on the field, no problem - just send us your shoes within 30 days of purchase in like-new condition, without any wear or damage. Our referee video review team will inspect the shoes, and if they pass the test, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that this policy only applies to shoes purchased directly from Natur Athletics at www.naturathletics.us. Customers will be charged for return shipping fees.
